Tech Savvy Principal is William King

My name is William J. King.  I started my career in education as a social studies teacher at Bowling Green High School in 2002 teaching a number of different courses including Political Science, World History, Law & Justice, and Psychology.   After five years of teaching I moved into a teacher-coach position, working with over 100 teachers for the next three years with a focus on instruction strategies, educational technology, and content area literacy. In 2010 I helped to launch a new freshmen program at Bowling Green High School and made the jump into administration as the 9th grade Principal.  Currently I lead a team of 15 teachers and 2 counselors who work to ensure a successful transition for students arriving from Bowling Green Junior High School.
